Reverse description A vibrant coloured scene depicting an adult emu standing in the centre of the field, its shaggy brown plumage rendered in meticulous detail against a vivid outback sunset. A large orange-red sun dominates the upper background beneath a turquoise and violet sky, with rolling green and ochre plains receding to the horizon. Five striped emu chicks are depicted in various animated poses at the feet of the adult bird, conveying a strong sense of movement and family. The legend AUSTRALIAN EMU arcs along the upper border, while the inscription 2026 1OZ 9999 SILVER appears along the lower rim. The Perth Mint's P mintmark appears to the left of the central design, and the engraver's initials NH for Natasha Hodgson are located to the right.
