| Reverse description | A finely detailed, high-relief standing figure of Nike, the Greek goddess of victory, depicted full-length and facing the viewer, draped in a flowing classical robe and barefoot. Her large, intricately feathered wings are spread wide to either side, filling much of the field. In her left hand she holds a laurel wreath, and in her right a palm frond. A decorative scrolled banner across the lower central field bears the inscription 80 YEARS END OF WWII, with the date 2025 on a second scroll below. The Perth Mint's P mintmark appears to the left of the figure at mid-field, and the designer's initials SR are inscribed below the banner. |
