Reverse description A leaping bottlenose dolphin is depicted in polychrome enamel at the center of the field, shown in dynamic profile with its body arched upward above a stylized blue sea. Behind the dolphin, a large circular orange sun provides a striking chromatic backdrop. The entire composition is set against a darkened field, enhancing the color contrast. The curved legend MARINE LIFE PROTECTION is inscribed along the upper and right periphery in raised Latin letters, all within a beaded inner border.
