The legend LIBERTY arcs along the upper rim, while IN GOD WE TRUST appears in two lines to the left of the portrait. The inscription CRISPUS ATTUCKS / 1723-1770 is positioned to the right of the effigy, with the San Francisco Mint mark S below. The date 1998 appears in the lower exergue. |
