Reverse description Central field displays four lines of Arabic Kufic script arranged horizontally within a single inner circle, following the standard Abbasid epigraphic dirham format. The inscription occupies the full width of the inner field with boldly struck, angular letterforms. A circular marginal legend in Kufic script runs around the periphery within the outer border, separated from the central panel by a plain inner ring. The composition is entirely epigraphic with no figural imagery, consistent with the aniconographic tradition of early Islamic silver coinage. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven, as typical of hand-struck dirhams of this period.
