| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of King Hassan II facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed facial features in a restrained, modernist portrait style. Arabic legends arc along the left and right margins of the field, reading the royal title and kingdom name. The engraver's signature appears in small characters below the truncation of the neck. The coin is bordered by a rope-twist inner circle and a beaded outer rim. |
