| Reverse description | A highly stylized crown, abstractly representing the king piece in chess, is depicted in raised relief at the center of the square field. The crown consists of a broad elliptical base from which seven upright finials, each topped with a spherical ornament, radiate upward in a fan arrangement. The unadorned field surrounding the central motif is bordered by a series of geometric square and rectangular reliefs positioned at the corners and midpoints of each side, evoking a decorative chess-board aesthetic.
