| Obverse description | King Vasudeva I depicted standing facing, head turned to the left, nimbate, helmeted, and diademed. The royal effigy holds a trident in the right hand and extends the left hand over a flaming altar at lower left, in a sacrificial gesture. A second trident is visible in the right field, and a Bactrian camel appears at lower left. The border is composed of a ring of pellets typical of Kushan gold coinage. |

| Reverse description | The deity Shiva (Oesho) depicted standing facing, nimbate, holding a garland in one hand and a trident in the other. The dynastic tamgha symbol appears to the right of the figure. The composition follows the standard Kushan reverse type associating the royal house with Shaivite religious iconography, rendered in the characteristic flat, frontal style of Kushan die engraving. |
