Reverse description Central field features the imperial emblem of Iran: the Lion and Sun motif, depicting a lion passant to the right holding an upright sword in its right forepaw, with a radiant sun rising behind its back. Above the lion, the Pahlavi crown is displayed at the top of the field. The entire device is encircled by a wreath composed of oak and olive branches tied at the base, with the Arabic legend 'یک دینار' (One Dinar) inscribed below the lion. A beaded border runs along the rim.
