Additional information

Issued as a pattern for the FAO series, this piece was never approved for circulation — Jordan's contribution to the Food and Agriculture Organization coinage program produced several such trial strikes in the 1990s that quietly died in committee. The FAO series itself, launched globally in 1968, prompted dozens of central banks to mint commemorative and pattern pieces tied to agricultural themes, with varying degrees of follow-through.

KM#Pn19 remains poorly documented in most reference catalogs, and surviving examples are almost certainly fewer than official records suggest.
