Not a state issue — this is a factory scrip note, issued by the Cvetan Dimov Soap and Cosmetics Factory in Skopje. These labour coupons circulated internally among workers as a wage supplement or canteen token during the Yugoslav socialist period, when large industrial enterprises often ran their own retail and welfare infrastructure. The factory itself was named after a Macedonian anti-fascist killed in 1944, a common naming convention for state enterprises in post-war Yugoslavia.
Validity depended entirely on the factory's own stamp being present — without it, the note had no standing even within its issuing institution.
