| Obverse description | Within a beaded inner circle, a large Gothic capital 'G' monogram is displayed prominently in the central field, surmounted by a stylized omega or fleur-de-lis ornament above. The design is characteristic of late 14th-century Milanese hammered coinage, rendered in a bold Gothic uncial style. The surrounding outer field carries the partially visible circular legend separated from the inner device by the beaded border. The flan is irregular, as typical of hand-struck medieval denari, with the devices somewhat off-center. |

| Reverse description | A floriated or flowered cross occupies the central field, its four arms terminating in elaborate curling foliate ornaments with rounded trefoil finials, characteristic of the Gothic decorative style prevalent in late 14th-century Milanese coinage. The cross is contained within a beaded inner circle, beyond which the circular legend runs in the outer field. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven in relief, consistent with hammered production techniques of the period. |
