Obverse description Barbarous imitation of a Roman imperial denarius of Commodus. Laureate and draped bust of the emperor facing right, rendered in a crude provincial style with simplified facial features characteristic of Germanic imitative coinage. The surrounding legend is garbled and largely unintelligible, reading MANIUNI[...]VEBAAZABAA, representing a debased attempt to replicate the Latin titulature of Commodus. The portrait retains the general compositional scheme of official Roman prototypes but exhibits the irregular flan and imprecise engraving typical of barbarian imitations.

Reverse description Seated figure, likely a barbarous rendering of Jupiter or Roma, depicted enthroned facing left in imitation of official Roman reverse types associated with Commodus denarii. The figure holds what appears to be a sceptre or staff, loosely echoing the iconography of the Roman prototype. The surrounding legend ZEV DAIT[...]EPII INVI is a garbled corruption of a standard Commodan reverse inscription, rendered with characteristic barbarian distortion. The field and exergue are plain, and the overall die work reflects crude but recognizable imitation of Roman numismatic convention.
