| Obverse description | The field displays multi-line Arabic legend in bold nasta'liq script, divided horizontally by a raised linear band. The upper portion bears the regnal year inscription, often partially off the irregular flan, while the lower portion carries the ruler's name and titles. The legends are deeply struck with characteristic irregularity typical of hammered Durrani copper coinage. The rim is uneven and shows the natural edges of the hand-cut planchet. |
