| Obverse description | Hammered copper flan bearing a Persian inscription in the field denoting the Ardibihisht month and the Ilahi regnal year 4 (corresponding to the tenth year of Emperor Akbar's reign), executed in a bold, somewhat crude hand typical of provincial Mughal copper coinage. The legend is arranged across the field in multiple lines. The coin exhibits heavily encrusted green and red patination consistent with extended burial, with the irregular flan edge characteristic of hand-struck Mughal dams. |
