| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the third portrait by Raphael David Maklouf, depicting the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace with matching earrings. The bust is draped and rendered in fine relief against a flat field. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left periphery, GIBRALTAR along the right, and the date 2007 appears vertically at lower right. The engraver's initials RDM are present in small relief at the base of the truncation. The entire design is encircled by a fine beaded border. |
