| Reverse description | The central field presents two technical orthographic views of the Sopwith Pup biplane: a side profile in the upper portion of the field and a detailed plan view from above occupying the centre, rendered in precise line engraving. To the lower left of the plan view, the inscription 'SOPWITH PUP' appears in two lines, while to the lower right the 'FLY NAVY' emblem with a stylised Union Flag is depicted.
