Reverse description Left-facing bust of Chief Urraca (also known as Urracá or Ubarragá Maniá Tigrí), the Ngäbe Amerindian chieftain from the Province of Veraguas who led resistance against Spanish conquest of Panama between 1520 and 1531. The portrait is rendered in low relief with strong facial features and indigenous headdress. The name URRACA appears as a curved legend above the bust, flanked by decorative stops, with the field otherwise plain.
