| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue, the obverse bears a letterpress vignette of the Fundão municipal building at left, rendered with fine architectural detail including arched gateways, balconies, and a clock tower. To the right, the municipal coat of arms dated 1747 is enclosed in a decorative cartouche, beneath which a handwritten signature of the President of the Executive Committee appears alongside the series letter and a blank number line. A scrolled guilloche border frames the upper edge of the note, with the engraver's credit 'A.S.CARDOSO – GRAV.' printed at the lower left. |
