Obverse description Central field depicts the Vytis, the Lithuanian national armorial device: an armoured knight on a rearing horse facing right, brandishing a sword aloft in the right hand and bearing a shield decorated with a double cross on the left arm. The legend LIETUVOS. to the left and RESPUBLIKA to the right curves around the upper field. Below the horse, a stylised crown mintmark is flanked by two small oak-leaf ornaments, with the date 1925 beneath in the lower field.

Reverse description Central design features a stylised bouquet of flowering plants — likely rue, the Lithuanian national flower — rising from the lower field, with the stem passing through a raised circular medallion bearing the large numeral 1. The word VIENAS appears to the left of the medallion and CENTAS to the right, both in bold serif lettering. Decorative horizontal scroll ornaments flank the lower stem on either side, and the overall composition is enclosed within a plain raised border.
