| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned bust of King Edward VII, draped and wearing the Imperial State Crown, engraved by George William de Saulles. The effigy shows the king in robes adorned with jewelled decoration at the shoulder. The surrounding legend reads EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR, disposed along the upper and right periphery of the field. A fine toothed border runs along the rim. |
