Obverse description Cast bronze cash coin featuring the four-character reign title inscription 至道元寶 (Zhidao Yuanbao) arranged in Regular script (kaishu) around a central square hole, read in the traditional top-bottom-right-left sequence. Each ideogram is rendered in bold, well-defined strokes rising from the flat field between the central square rim and the outer raised border. The coin exhibits a broad, flat rim with a clearly delineated inner square rim framing the central perforation. The field displays characteristic Northern Song casting quality with good relief and even surface texture.
