Thiên Cảm Thông Bảo is catalogued as a fantasy or spurious issue — the reign title does not correspond to any documented Vietnamese emperor or regnal period. Toda assigned it a reference number, but even he flagged the attribution as uncertain. These pieces were likely produced for ritual or funerary use, or possibly as merchant tokens, rather than circulating currency authorized by any imperial court.
