Reverse description Plain reverse with a central square hole framed by a raised inner rim. A single Chinese character 鳳 (Feng), rendered in regular script, appears above the square perforation in the upper field, identifying the Fengyang mint. The remaining three quadrants of the reverse field are blank. The flat, unadorned surface displays the typical characteristics of Southern Ming provincial casting, with a raised outer rim encircling the coin.
