| Obverse description | Crude stylized royal monogram 'F·3' (for Frederik III) occupying the central field, rendered in a bold, primitive hammered style typical of Tranquebar lead cash coinage. The monogram is surmounted by a simplified crown device formed by a series of raised lines and pellets. The overall design is set on an irregular, crudely shaped flan characteristic of low-denomination lead issues struck at the Tranquebar Mint. |
