Reverse description A plain cross with equal arms is centered within a beaded inner circle, characteristic of the Bausche type struck at Mühlheim. A double concentric legend surrounds the inner circle, the outer legend recording the mint name and date in Roman numerals. The fields are flat and the coin exhibits the irregular flan characteristic of hammered medieval silver coinage. The reverse lettering reads MONETA NOVA MOLHEM AN MCCCCLXXXII.
