| Obverse description | Three conjoined oval heraldic shields arranged side by side, displaying the arms of the three leagues of Graubünden: at left a figure of a wild man, at centre a rampant ibex, and at right a crowned eagle displayed. The shields are surmounted by a hand grasping a branch, symbolic of the cantonal alliance. The circular legend KANTON ·*· GRAUBÜNDEN runs along the periphery, and the date 1807 appears in the exergue below the shields. |
