Obverse description Uniformed effigy of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) facing left, depicted in full military dress adorned with epaulettes, medals, and decorative chains. The bust is rendered in high relief with fine detail, characteristic of the Parisian engraving tradition. Thai legend curves along the left field reading 'จุฬาลงกรณ์' and along the right field reading 'สยามินทร์', with the engraver's signature 'A.PATEY' inscribed vertically in the lower left field. The coin is enclosed by a beaded border.
