Obverse description	Central vignette illustrates a historical military parade scene with mounted and foot soldiers in colonial-era uniforms, set before an archway, rendered in blue intaglio on a light blue guilloche underprint. The 'PJ' provincial monogram appears in a decorative rosette at left, with the denomination 'A 1' in large numerals at right. Two facsimile signatures appear below the vignette, attributed to the Ministro de Economia and the Gobernador, with the printer's imprint 'CICCONE' at the bottom centre.

Reverse description	The reverse is occupied entirely by the printed text of Law No 4248 (Article 16) and Decree-Agreement No 3997-H-86, set in small typeface across ten numbered articles on a multicolour guilloche underprint in blue, green, and ochre. A decorative rosette with the stylised provincial emblem appears at the lower right. The heading 'PROVINCIA DE JUJUY - TITULO PUBLICO AL PORTADOR' runs across the top.
