| Obverse description | Central field bears the royal crowned monogram 'จปร' (Chor Por Ror), an abbreviation of King Rama V's personal name Chulalongkorn Paramindr, surmounted by a Siamese royal crown with ten radiating rays. The monogram is rendered in an ornate Thai script within a decorative frame. A beaded border encircles the design. The peripheral legend in Thai script reads 'กรุงสยาม รัชกาลที่ ๕ จปร', identifying the issuing kingdom of Siam and the reign of the fifth monarch. |
