| Obverse description | Central design features a highly detailed frontal elevation of the Charminar, the iconic four-minaret monument erected in Hyderabad in 1591, with its characteristic arched gateway and domed minarets rendered in fine relief. The Arabic letter 'Ain appearing within the central arch of the monument serves as a mint or regnal mark. Arabic inscriptions in flowing Naskh script flank the structure on both sides, with an additional cartouche bearing the denomination legend positioned above the monument. The date in Hijri numerals appears in the exergue below the Charminar. The entire design is enclosed within a finely beaded border. |
