Reverse description A stylised six-armed ornamental cross occupies the centre of the field, its arms rendered in an elaborate Gothic flamboyant style with flared, trumpet-shaped terminals. Lily blossoms spring from the angles between the arms, filling the intervening spaces with decorative floral motifs. The Roman numeral "I" denoting the denomination is inscribed within a cusped medallion at the centre of the cross. The fineness designation "1000" appears at the base of the cross, while the circumferential legend reads in two parts separated by small dot ornaments.
