Obverse description The entire face consists of a circular letterpress stamp impression printed in brown on plain paper. A scalloped outer border encloses a concentric inner ring bearing the legend GOV'T. OF BIKANER in Roman letters along the upper arc and the Devanagari inscription एक आना along the lower arc. At the centre sits a hexagonal frame containing the numeral 1 flanked by the text AN NA, with small cross ornaments at either side of the inner ring.

(Translation: One Anna (in Devanagari script))
Reverse description The reverse bears a plain paper surface with an oval Treasury cancellation stamp impressed in brown ink, positioned toward the left-centre. The oval legend reads TREASURY BIKANER around its perimeter. A red ink cancellation mark in the form of radiating lines is struck across the right portion of the stamp, indicating official validation by the Bikaner Treasury.
