Reverse description Hammered silver field displaying a bold Nagari or Devanagari-style device occupying the central area, consisting of a stylized symbol resembling a trident or sun motif flanked by additional Nagari characters, all rendered in high relief against an irregular flan. A large curved stroke dominates the upper portion of the field, with angular elements to the right, consistent with the Gwalior mint marks and regal ciphers used under Maharaja Madho Rao Scindia. The overall execution is typical of hand-struck princely state coinage of the late nineteenth century.
