Obverse description Central field bearing the Assamese inscription 'Sri Sri Rajeswara' rendered in Assamese script, occupying the majority of the flat octagonal flan. The legend is arranged in multiple lines within the field, characteristic of the hammered coinage of the Ahom Kingdom of Assam. The lettering is bold and slightly irregular, consistent with hand-struck issues of the period. The octagonal shape is defined by eight flat sides with a plain border.

Reverse description Central field bearing the Assamese inscription 'Simha Nrpasya' in Assamese script, arranged in multiple lines across the flat octagonal flan. The legend forms the second part of the royal titulature, together with the obverse reading: 'The king Sri Sri Rajeswar Simha.' The script is boldly struck though slightly irregular, consistent with hammered Ahom Kingdom issues. The plain octagonal border mirrors the obverse treatment.
