Obverse description Draped bust of Emperor Joseph I facing right, with long flowing curled wig characteristic of the Baroque period. The effigy is shown in armored dress with elaborate drapery visible at the shoulder. The circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait, and the denomination mark appears within an ornamental cartouche or frame positioned below the bust in the lower field.
