Reverse description The reverse presents an elaborate interlaced arabesque cartouche filled with densely composed Arabic inscriptions in Naskh script, arranged in multiple registers across the field. A central circular medallion contains additional Arabic text, surrounded by ornamental foliate divisions that segment the legend into four quadrants. The overall composition follows the traditional Mughal-derived style used on Hyderabad State coinage, with the regal titles and denomination of the Nizam rendered in highly stylized calligraphy. A continuous beaded border frames the design.
