| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark blue, gold, and grey on white paper, arranged in a tripartite vertical layout. The central panel bears the municipal coat of arms of Brake, quarterly divided: the upper half displays a black eagle passant and heraldic cross motifs on a gold field, while the lower half shows a full-rigged sailing vessel on stylised waves; a ribbon scroll above carries the issuer's name in Gothic Fraktur script, and a second scroll below reads 'Brake O.' The flanking panels each carry the fractional denomination '1/50' in a gold shield at the top, with the left panel containing the payment obligation text in Gothic script and the account designation 'Konto A' at the foot, and the right panel bearing the denomination in words and the serial number. |
