Obverse description Scallop shell depicted in full face, centrally positioned within the field, with radiating ribs fanning outward from a pointed base toward a broad, rounded upper valve. The shell's naturalistic relief is rendered in a bold, schematic style characteristic of Iberian bronze coinage of the late Republican period. No legend or additional devices are present; the plain field surrounds the motif entirely.

Reverse description Dolphin swimming to the right, its arched body rendered in low relief with a broad tail fin and rounded snout, occupying the central field. Below the dolphin, a partial Iberian Levantine legend in semi-cursive characters is disposed horizontally across the lower field. The design is typical of the Arse-Saguntum mint's small bronze fractions, reflecting both Mediterranean marine iconography and the indigenous Iberian epigraphic tradition.
