Obverse description Armoured and draped bust of Charles VI facing right, wearing a flowing curly wig, dividing a crowned twofold Hungarian coat of arms on the left and the Madonna with Child within a rhombus on the right. The rhombus intersects the outer legend — which runs without a pearl circle — dividing it into four quadrants. The fractional denomination 1/4 appears below the bust in a decorative cartouche.
