Obverse description Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in bold, deeply struck Naskh script, reading 'Al-Sultan al-Azam Nasir al-Dunya wa'l-Din Abu'l Fath', arranged across the flan in characteristic hammered style. The inscriptions fill the entire face of the coin, with no border or decorative elements. The strike is typical of Gujarati Sultanate coinage, with irregular flan shape and slight weakness at the edges.
