| Reverse description | Saint George, depicted as a muscular armoured warrior wearing a crested helmet and a flowing cape, mounted on a rearing horse, thrusting a broken lance downward toward a writhing dragon prostrate beneath the horse's hooves. The composition closely follows the classical Pistrucci tradition and is rendered in bold high relief within a plain inner field. The motto HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE is inscribed in the recessed outer border, separated by raised dots, referencing the Order of the Garter. A fine beaded border frames the entire design. |

| Additional information |
The quarter sovereign denomination has no historical circulation precedent in the Falklands — this is purely a modern bullion-adjacent commemorative format borrowed from the Royal Mint's own quarter sovereign program, which was itself only revived in 2009 after a lapse of nearly two centuries. The Falkland Islands issues coins under Crown authority but contracts production independently, allowing denominations that would never appear in everyday British coinage.
