| Obverse description | Central field features the royal name and titles of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar inscribed in elegant Nasta'liq calligraphy within an oval cartouche bordered by a dotted inner ring. The Arabic legend reads 'Sultan Nasir ad-Din Shah Qajar' arranged in flowing script. The cartouche is framed by a wreath of stylized olive or laurel branches extending symmetrically to either side, tied at the base, lending a formal heraldic character to the design. |
