| Reverse description | The reverse displays a multi-line Arabic-script legend in bold nasta'liq, arranged in three horizontal registers separated by raised linear rules, filling the entire field to the coin's irregular edge. The inscription records the mint name (Esfahan), the regnal formula of Karim Khan Zand, and the AH date. The deeply hammered relief and the absence of a dotted border distinguish this Type B reverse from earlier Zand issues. |
