| Obverse description | Central field displays the crowned Bohemian lion passant to the left, rendered in the crude style characteristic of Kipper-period emergency coinage. The numeral 4 appears below the lion, denoting the quarter-kreuzer denomination. The entire central device is enclosed within a beaded or plain inner circle, with a Latin legend running around the periphery identifying the issuing sovereign. The overall die work is rough and irregular, consistent with the debased wartime monetary production of 1621-1622. |
