Reverse description Fan-shaped irregular silver flan. Within a twisted rope-style inner border, the field is occupied entirely by a multi-line Cyrillic inscription in archaic Church Slavonic letterforms, reading the royal titulature across several lines. To the lower left of the rope border, an ornamental flourish or scroll device is present, and a similar decorative element appears at the upper interior of the border. The lettering is bold and deeply struck, characteristic of the novodel restrike tradition, with the archaic semi-uncial Cyrillic script lending the piece its distinctly Muscovite seventeenth-century character.
