Obverse description Armored knight on horseback charging to the right, depicted in a vigorous military posture characteristic of early 14th-century feudal coinage. The horse is shown in full gallop, with the rider bearing a lance or sword raised in an aggressive stance. The figure is rendered in the bold, somewhat schematic style typical of hammered medieval silver. A beaded inner circle frames the equestrian effigy, with the Latin legend distributed around the periphery within a further beaded border.
