| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue-grey on a pale olive-yellow guilloche underprint, the obverse carries trilingual ministry inscriptions in Cyrillic, Latin and Slovenian scripts across the upper portion. A central intaglio vignette presents a view of the Church of Saint Mark in Belgrade, framed by ornate acanthus scroll cartouches, with ghosted female portrait watermark-style vignettes flanking left and right within the border. Denomination panels reading '25 ПАРА' and '1/4 ДИНАРА' appear in bold blackletter frames at each corner, and the engraver's credit 'ИЗРАДИО М Д ЂУРИЋ' is inscribed at the foot below the minister's facsimile signature. |
