| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of Queen Victoria facing left, engraved in the style of William Wyon. The effigy occupies the majority of the field, with the hair drawn back and secured with a pearl ornament at the nape. The peripheral legend is divided on either side of the bust, reading VICTORIA to the left and QUEEN to the right, in raised Latin capitals. The border is composed of a continuous ring of fine beads. |
