| Reverse description | The reverse displays a bold Persian inscription within the central field, reading the denomination and regnal year, arranged in two registers separated by a prominent curved band. Ornamental devices including a diamond-shaped lozenge and small circular bosses flank the legend in the lower field. The script is executed in a robust, deeply struck style characteristic of the Bhopal princely state copper coinage of the late nineteenth century. The date in the Hijri calendar appears below the denomination legend. |
